I knew Philippa and Angela by walking with my kids while they put up a sold sign on my neighbour street. After talking with Philippa I was very impressed with the price they sold in my neighbourhood house, so I decided to let them try to sell one of our rental properties. The whole process is very smooth by working with them and their eyes for detail just so impress you. Our two level rental house is quite hard to sell among mostly single level houses, but they did a great job! After that one sold, we then let them sell another rental property which later set up the new price benchmark for the whole area. We received many offers in just couple of days, then many back up offers after another week. They even took the hassle away by contacting and chasing up council for us for LIM mistake council made and arranged tenant for viewing and everything, so we can simply just enjoy life but received best result at the end.
